My goal is to help you understand your experiences and provide effective strategies to create the life you want. I draw on EMDR, mindfulness, & relational therapy to help you heal the past and build healthier patterns. Together, we’ll uncover the deeper roots of what’s keeping you stuck, so you can experience the relief and connection you deserve.

Therapy is a space where you can express yourself freely, without fear of judgment. A time for you, where you don’t have to pretend it’s all figured out.
