I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who sees patients across the lifespan. I specialize in family and child therapy and utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to deliver comprehensive and holistic care. I have experience treating a wide range of presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, parent-child attachment issues, and family relationship concerns. I previously worked with individuals, groups, and families in various settings, including medical centers, outpatient mental health clinics, residential facilities, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.
I am also credentialed with PsyPact.
My practice integrates evidence-based intervention with individualized and compassionate care. I have earned a certificate in the specialty of Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and am certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy. I also use a variety of interventions to make therapy feel individualized for each person.
I believe that a key to any therapy is a collaborative approach. I like to say "I'm the expert on the research and the practice, but you're the expert on yourself or your child."
