I am devoted to working with you to seek what you need from therapy. Change can be uncomfortable, but I am here to support you.
I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns and have found that each person has unique needs from therapy. Learning about you allows me to pull from different theories to best fit your needs. I aim to empower clients with coping skills and reprocess trauma utilizing techniques from EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, PCT, and play therapy, among others.
