My goal is to be a resource for those suffering from life stressors, normalized grief processes, and loss. I encourage conversations about areas of strength, successes that are often overlooked, and equip relational healing to take place. I often incorporate a solution-oriented approach in working with teens, adults, parents, and couples.
I desire to create an environment where individuals and families feel comfortable communicating their needs, being vulnerable and receiving encouragement. I enjoy finding humor in life-situations, include laughter in the therapy process, and I aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere during sessions.
Couples: Couple relationships can be one of life’s most rewarding endeavors. I enjoy working with couples as they learn to identify andprocess more effective relationship skills.
