In my work as a therapist I find satisfaction in helping individuals find peace. Our world may have reasons to feel unsettled. However, there are also many reasons for hope. I find it very rewarding to witness family relationship growth, such as when a parent and child connect. My goal is to be a resource for those suffering from life stressors, normalized grief processes, and loss. Therefore I encourage conversations about areas of strength, successes that are often overlooked, and relational healing that can take place. I often incorporate a solution-oriented approach in working with children, teens, parents, and couples.
I desire to create an environment where individuals and families feel comfortable communicating and receiving encouragement. I enjoy finding humor in life-situations, , include laughter in the therapy process, and I aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere during sessions.
Couples: Couple relationships can be one of life’s most rewarding endeavors. I enjoy working with couples as they learn to process more effective relationship skills. Children/Teens: Starting life with positive emotional and relational tools is useful for health and growth. ADHD: Let's partner together for skill development and tools for focus challenges.
