About
Whether you find yourself skeptical or familiar with counseling I'd like to, at the very least, create a safe space for individuals to feel seen and known. I specialize in helping couples and individuals through life transitions, career exploration, parenting, Sexual addictions, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma related issues. I want to help those who are struggling to identify their deeper needs as to be aware of how to move towards others and not away.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my therapy. Overall, I believe at the core of all people is the the question of value and worth and ones own awareness of themselves. I desire to meet my clients where they are and help them understand themselves better through curiosity.
At times life can be full of uncertainty, sometimes it can seem unrelenting but I believe in hope and teaching my clients to hope once more. If you are struggling I would be so honored to walk alongside you, your children, your relationships, and your marriage.

Sexual Addiction Restoration
Members come from all different backgrounds and experiences to not just talk through their sexual addiction and dysfunction but also come together to be around other men who are also struggling to encourage each other in a safe environment. This group helps identify ones sexual brokenness by talking about all aspects of life focusing on parts of life that are hard or otherwise seem to affect sexual addiction and disconnection with the world around the individual.
