I am a Telehealth certified psychotherapist, working primarily through distance counseling which allows for greater convenience and comfort, while maintaining the same success rate as traditional face-to-face therapy. I use a collaborative, culturally-sensitive, strengths-based approach, and tailor my methods to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
I believe good therapy starts with the right fit between therapist and client.
