My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping clients move toward emotional healing, resilience, and improved quality of life.
I am especially passionate about working with men as they navigate emotional stress, identity development, and relational challenges across various stages of life. I also enjoy supporting individuals experiencing anxiety- and panic-related concerns, helping them build understanding, coping skills, and confidence.
For clients who desire it, I offer the option to integrate Christian faith into the counseling process. I respect the meaningful role that spiritual beliefs and values can play in healing.
