I have seen this in my own life and feel deeply the pain that change can yield and the life-giving freedom which taking the right steps can bring. I aim to compassionately guide you through the change process and help you to take back your life and the things you value.
A good therapist is like a wilderness guide. Someone who knows and experiences all the same things you do, but is confident walking through the terrain because he or she has become familiar with the path. I would be honored to be that guide whether you are working on breaking free of old habits, grabbing onto new ones, or just needing to grow.
