Although I work with people from all walks of life, I am especially passionate about supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and/or relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent (i.e., ADHD, autism, and learning differences) and LGBTQIA+ individuals and providing identity-affirming care.
