I have 25+ years of experience working with persons who suffer from trauma, including that which arises from child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence and other violent crime. I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist with the Grief Recovery Institute and am Certified in Anger Management, Anderson & Anderson method. I enjoy working with those who wish to acquire more self-awareness and insight. Some treatment can be helped by examining one's family of origin, without losing sight of improving enjoyment in daily living. Clients work at their own pace.
I use a holistic, humanistic, person-centered approach, providing an empathetic and accepting environment in order that clients can feel safe and empowered to become stronger, happier and more at peace. Every person and situation is different and treatment goals are centered around each clients needs and desires for personal growth.
I have lived and worked in the Eastern Sierra for the past 25 years and I look forward to meeting and working with you. Please feel free to call or email for an initial consultation at no charge.
