I work with men who seem to have it all together on the surface... But underneath, they're struggling. Asking themselves questions like, “Why am I so angry all the time?” or “Is this really how my life is supposed to be?” I help with life transitions, such as infidelity, parenthood, and career changes. I work with addiction, having professional and lived experience with substance abuse.

I also offer EMDR to support deeper healing and lasting change.
I help men step into fatherhood with confidence and authenticity, supporting them in becoming more connected to themselves and the people they love. I have a particular passion for working with new fathers, guiding them through the challenges of balancing personal identity, family life, and the responsibilities that come with being a dad.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades as a creative in the entertainment industry. I know firsthand how public pressure, and constant performance can lead to burnout, perfectionism, isolation, and anxiety. My work now draws on that lived experience to help creatives and those in the public eye find balance, authenticity, and a sense of peace.
