My work is trauma-informed, with significant training in complex and developmental trauma, including NARM, informed by IFS. We move at a pace that supports healthy nervous system regulation and sustainable change.
I’m a long-time meditator and have spent 15+ years in contemplative practice, including a 3-month silent retreat. This background has shaped my ability to work with suffering in its many forms and support meaningful transformation. It informs a grounded, reflective approach that honors emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of healing.
I work with teens and adults of all genders in individual and couples therapy, including anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. I specialize in working with those navigating relationship challenges, breakups, divorce, career changes, and feeling stuck or lost. I offer virtual sessions in WI & MN, in-person in Madison, WI.
