If you’ve been feeling disconnected — from your identity, your body, your community — you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve been doing all the “right” things, showing up, pushing through, trying to hold it all together, and still something feels ... off. Like you're stuck in loops that don’t feel like you. Exhausting patterns. Old survival strategies. It can be hard to tell where to even begin. I work with women in communities who are often taught to take up less space, specifically LGBTQIA+ identifying and artists/creatives/performers, who are ready to slow down, tune into their bodies, and live more confident and pleasure-filled lives.
Hi, I’m Alex (she/her)! I’m a queer, millennial, and southern-raised woman. My background in performance, dance, yoga, and mindfulness deeply shapes how I work — with a focus on the body, the nervous system, and the layered stories we carry. In each session, I will show up with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your lived experience.
In our work together, we’ll slow it way down. We’ll tune into what your body is telling you, explore the relationships that have shaped you, honor what’s already working, and gently untangle what’s not. I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to walk alongside you as you come home to yourself. If you're ready to take the next step, let's chat!

Groups
Rest, Regulate, Create for Queer Women in the Arts
Beginning Thurs, March 12th -- Meetings Held Virtually -- This 8 week, skills-based therapy group is designed for queer cis and trans women in creative fields who want practical tools for emotional regulation and nervous system awareness to better navigate perfectionism and creative burnout. The group supports participants in understanding how stress, pressure, and identity-related experiences live in the body — and how those patterns can impact creative work. Through structured skill-building, guided reflection, and relational support, participants will learn ways to regulate overwhelm, soften self-criticism, and reconnect with creativity in more sustainable, compassionate ways.
