Hi! Do you over-analyze, second-guess, run through endless “what ifs”, and constantly worry? Maybe you’ve also faced some really difficult experiences that keep impacting you? As a therapist, I specialize in treating individuals who are facing many of these overlapping issues and feel caught between anxiety, OCD, and trauma. Through an integrative approach, my client's are able to attend to both their head and their heart.

In our work together, we’ll start to untangle strategies that once helped you survive (or may still provide temporary relief) but don’t result in you feeling grounded and secure. We will also gently explore your past and navigate the impact it has on the present, processing those experiences that have been personally disruptive.
