Using a direct, relational, person-centric approach, I pull from a variety of trauma-informed modalities. These include a psychoanalytic and psychodynamic Depth oriented approach, Buddhist psychotherapy, existential and somatic theory, and a deep alignment with principles of eco-psychology and wilderness therapy.
