You know something isn’t working. Maybe it’s your mood, relationships, or the way you respond under stress. You’ve probably spent a lot of time thinking about it and may have a pretty good explanation for why it happens. But despite all that reflection, the same problems keep showing up. I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they can see but haven’t been able to change, especially when those patterns are rooted in earlier experiences, relationships, or unmet emotional needs. Often, the issue isn’t a lack of insight. It’s that the deeper emotional roots of the issue haven't been resolved.

Many of the people I work with have tried therapy before or have done a lot of personal work but still feel like something deeper hasn't changed. Together, we focus on understanding and transforming your underlying emotional patterns that keep you stuck so you can begin to experience the results you want to see.

We might be a good fit if you are open, curious, and willing to look at things in a deeper way, even if that feels unfamiliar at first. Therapy with me is collaborative and sometimes challenging.
