Hello, I am Alex Cirilo, LCSW. I have been working in the mental health field for almost 10 years now. I have worked with clients with various backgrounds, including substance abuse, depression, and trauma. I am also EMDR certified to help with trauma. I enjoy using various therapeutic techniques to help clients identify and work toward achievable long- and short-term goals. During our first session, we would conduct an in-depth assessment to identify the internal and/or external issues that have been negatively impacting your life.
My therapeutic style is open-minded yet structured to help clients succeed. I utilize various modalities to help clients reach their goals and individual needs.
