I've spent years working with veterans and the military, and I've helped many hundreds of clients navigate stressors, from the unimaginable to the ordinary. In my experience as a therapist, what clients want is to find a way through the difficulty and madness in order to build, or rebuild, a life they recognize built on meaning and purpose. They are stuck, and they want to get unstuck.

I help clients confront and address the overwhelming stressors that have led them away from their preferred path in life. I enjoy assisting clients as they rediscover their values, develop new tools and insights, and engage in committed action. I utilize a number of different evidence-based approaches to therapy. In other words, I do therapy that works.
