I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I can help you overcome various challenges that you may be facing. I specialize in helping adults and young adults navigate their thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a healthy and productive way. I have assisted many people, including celebrities, with private and personal issues while maintaining high standards of confidentiality. I am also able to provide professional assessments and work with some EAP programs.
I can help you with issues pertaining to anxiety, depression, stress, coping skills, substance abuse, anger, self-esteem, abuse, trauma, and suicidal ideation. My practice is designed for you to have a safe space to discuss your personal issues with privacy and confidentiality.
In my practice, I work with men, women, and young adults. Please feel free to give me a call for a consultation at (818) 987-7707. You may also reach me by email at alexbunch@bunchmentalhealth.com. I am able to accept some insurance plans.
