Often times, how we were raised and messages we received throughout our life have caused us to create beliefs about ourselves that can cause discomfort. We separate our different identities and don't feel whole. Through vulnerability and compassion, I can support you in finding wholeness and letting go of these beliefs that are no longer serving you. I believe self-compassion and vulnerability are central to wellness, and my clients will learn to apply those skills to all parts of their identity. I work with individuals and couples seeking support in intimacy, connection, parenthood and loss.
As an AASECT certified sex therapist, I can help you build healthy relationships with intimacy and your own sexuality at all stages of life. Therapy is not a "one size fits all" experience, and we will work together to find what works for you.
