My particular passions include empowering coupled using techniques such as the Gottman Methof– as they navigate their own particular struggles, and working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Using a variety of methods such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy I meet individuals where they are and help guide them down the road to healing. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so I am equipped to counsel in either language.
