I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is considered a faster and more effective way to address trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress, particularly in comparison to traditional talk therapy. It's designed to help individuals process and reframe negative experiences, reduce emotional charge, and promote healing.
