Hello! If you are currently going through something heavy, I am so happy you've taken this step toward feeling better. I have experience in helping individuals overcome depression and suicidal ideation, relationship issues, self-harm, academic stress, and disordered eating. It is important to me to provide my clients with the transformative experience of receiving unconditional positive regard in each session with me. We will collaborate together to create a therapeutic relationship that inspires & facilitates your goals to create the life you want. My ultimate goal is to teach you the skills you need to become your own therapist.
Many of my clients are members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and I have experience in working with individuals to overcome problems often faced by this population. I feel passionate about including each client's cultural and personal identity as part of their therapeutic experience.
Finding the right therapist can often feel like a hurdle itself, especially when we are struggling in some way. I am here to support you and meet you where you are.
