Deciding to go to therapy can be uncomfortable, and I am so glad that you are here. To me, the most important part of therapy is creating a trusting relationship with your therapist. My goal is to create a safe space for you to share and be vulnerable, all while learning to grow and change. Therapy is much more than just talking, and it is my hope that in working with me you will be able to become comfortable with being uncomfortable, build a skill set to cope with thoughts and feelings, and to learn to apply those skills to your everyday life.
I have worked with all kinds of individuals from different backgrounds, races, stages of life, etc., and have a lot of experience with GAD, MDD, and ASD diagnoses. While I have a soft spot for the transitional age (18-25), I am open to work with anyone 16+. I currently practice mostly CBT & DBT modalities, and am EMDR certified. PA, NY, & OH!
