Hello and welcome, my name is Alex and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe my role as a therapist is to create a safe, client-led space where I can facilitate change and growth in areas that serve my clients. Using a unique combination of humor, direct communication, and evidence-based practices I help clients reach their goals. I work with a wide variety of concerns including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, infidelity, polyamory, divorce, and co-parenting within families.
While I welcome anyone into session with me, I have a strong interest in treating perinatal clients who may be experiencing anxiety during pregnancy, postpartum depression, birth trauma, or infertility.
I also enjoy working with couples needing support with premarital counseling, polyamory, and/or ongoing gridlocked conflict. If you feel ready to step outside your comfort zone and work toward cultivating growth in a safe environment, I would love to hear from you!
