I'm so glad you're here. Certain life chapters have a way of challenging us to dig deep and open ourselves up to more support. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Somatic Yoga Therapist, I'm honored to work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges (including relational OCD), and seeking more peace in their bodies, minds, hearts, and attachment connections. Whether you’re here for individual therapy or couples therapy, I’m honored to accompany you on this journey.
I love blending parts work / Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as somatic trauma work and EMDR to help recover a sense of security on a nervous system level. I also have a background in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with a special focus on OCD patterns that impact people's relationships.
I often draw on my background as a certified yoga therapist to integrate body-centered practices into therapy, for both individuals and couples. This approach helps attune to the nervous system and foster a deeper mind-body connection. I particularly enjoy working with clients who have struggled to find benefit from with yoga or mindfulness in the past.

A 8-week therapy group to explore, process, and shift anxious and obsessive patterns in your relationships. Starts October 2026.
