Trauma can leave you feeling disconnected—from your body, your emotions, and the life you want to be living. I am a trauma therapist who helps adults and teens gently and effectively process painful experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming or defining. My work focus on helping clients resolve the root causes of trauma rather than managing symptoms alone. I frequently work with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, childhood adversity, relationship trauma, or events that continue to impact their sense of safety and self worth.
Using EMDR therapy, I help clients access their brain's natural capacity to heal while remaining grounded and in control. My approach is structured yet relational, emphasizing stabilization, consent, and respect for each client's pace.
As an EMDR Consultant, I also support therapists developing competence and confidence in trauma-focused EMDR work. I am committed to high-quality, ethical trauma treatment, and ongoing professional growth.
