My hope is to pay that forward and support you in reconnecting to your genuine strengths. I believe each person has the key to their own wellness and success. My mission is to provide strength-based, solution-focused, and client-directed therapy to individuals facing complex problems. I use a life-recovery based model, to support an individual in reconnecting to their wellness, hopes, and dreams. I specialize in men's issues, life-transitions, and relationship issues. I believe we are all a work in progress. :)
