Schedule with me on my website! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Utah and have been helping individuals achieve their treatment goals for 12 years. My approach is warm and compassionate, while also being direct and to the point. My favorite modalities are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR (trauma therapy) and other modalities. I like to tailor the treatment to the individual and will draw from whatever modality I feel is needed for a particular client.
I bring diverse experience helping with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and family conflicts. My empathy creates a safe, supportive space. You're not alone on this journey. I focus on research-based treatment and stay away from mixing religion into my approach, if you are looking for a religion based therapist I am not the best fit.
