I can assist you to develop the awareness to understand why you are stuck, where you became stuck and help you carefully imagine and explore pathways for moving forward, through the pain, struggle, and grief, to a more resilient, forgiving, and enlivened self.

Like an interior designer or civil engineer, I look for the angles, hidden potential and obstacles, and you determine how to shape your life with this co-created insight
My role is to help you feel safe to share difficult experiences and offer my creative mind to understand relational, contextual, and personal obstacles to growth and meaning.
