I help couples navigate betrayal recovery when trust has been shattered and you’re unsure whether the relationship can survive. When the truth finally comes out, everything changes. The ground shifts, trust collapses, and suddenly you’re questioning your worth, your partner, and your future. Whether the rupture involves compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity, secrecy, or a pattern that was hidden for years, you need someone who understands both sides—the trauma of the betrayed partner and the shame and confusion of the partner who acted out. You deserve a space where the full story can be spoken, even when shame shows up.
Shame is a natural response to betrayal on both sides and it often keeps couples stuck in silence, self‑protection, and emotional distance. In our work, what's happened doesn’t have to be hidden or carried alone. We slow down, name what feels overwhelming, and create room for healing to take root. We focus on stabilization, clarity, and the deeper question:
Can this relationship survive what happened? My approach is warm, relational, and direct. My job is also to challenge you to face the work that creates real change.
