Hi there! I’m Alethea. No matter the struggle, I believe that humans have an innate desire to feel supported and heard. That can be hard with all of the stress that life throws at us. My experience involves working with those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, major life changes, personality disorders, and overall feelings of dissatisfaction.

We will work together to identify thought patterns and behavior to find healing insight. I am certified in DBT and have experience in individual therapy, PHP/IOP, and inpatient hospitalization.
