Everyone is on their own path, so I use an integrated approach to guide individuals through the complexities of life versus the label or diagnosis. My forte is around transitional age 16-24 and 55+, complex trauma and men’s mental health.
I use Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, Strength-Based approach, Motivational Interviewing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Internal Family Systems and Sensory Techniques depending on the individual’s need.
