I began my career at a domestic/sexual violence crisis center, where I learned the importance of sitting with someone who feels alone, desperate, or directionless. That experience inspired me to deepen my work, leading me back to school to earn my master’s in social work.
My therapeutic approach centers on helping people reconnect with themselves, create a more satisfying life, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
