With more than 30 years of experience, my work is warm, clear, and focused on helping you understand what you're carrying, how it affects you, and what will help you move forward at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
I help individuals move through anxiety, overwhelm, and difficult life transitions using EMDR, mind–body awareness, emotional regulation skills, and practical strategies for daily living. For deeper work, I integrate mindfulness, sleep and nutrition supports, and gentle insight to strengthen healing from within.
