If you are dealing with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, past trauma or other life challenges, I invite you to give me a call. I have over 20 years experience counseling clients, and provide a safe and calm setting to foster healing and growth. I specialize in helping clients learn skills to be successful in their recovery.
I am an Internal Family Systems Therapist (IFS) Level One through Three. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Mindfulness, and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
