Welcome to my practice. During challenging times, it is not uncommon to feel anxiety, depression, and maybe even hopeless. I encourage you to not give up hope. You deserve to feel more peace and even joy. I want to praise you for reaching out for help. Some of the therapies I offer provide clients the opportunity to heal grief, resolve relationship problems, and process past trauma. Many clients report they notice more emotional balance and relief after several sessions.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) levels 1 - 3, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Somatic therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). As a Trauma Informed therapist, I strive to create a safe and calm setting, and provide my Clients with tools to manage stressful life situations.
