My name is Alessia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I work with all clients from the ages of 13 to 60+. My therapeutic process unfolds from a trauma-informed and holistic approach that can involve several areas of life. I am attentive and dedicated to the care of each person that I am fortunate to work with. I am inclusive, accepting, and committed to my client's well-being. I am receptive to the uniqueness of each individual.
During our first session, we will review your history and the reasons that brought you to therapy. We will get to know each other and you can ask all the questions you may have about Therapy and what it can look like. I aim to provide a welcoming place for you to feel comfortable and vulnerable.
One of the most important aspects for me in the therapeutic report with my clients, is to be able to welcome them in a space they feel safe. Within that sense of safety I hope they can will feel free to share what's heavy on their hearts and souls.
