I am an LCSW in California. I grew up in Brazil and moved to California to pursue my career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I truly believe that due to life challenges, stressful jobs, careers, and busy lifestyles, it's very easy to dismiss our inner voice. That is the voice that wants to be heard, tell us about our emotions and hurdles. Allowing your inner voice to be heard will empower you to embrace the beautiful journey of self-discovery. I am here to assist you in creating goals, adjusting to a new life or career, and managing depression and anxiety in challenging times.
