We are left to navigate our sexual experiences in a vacuum; embedded in a society obsessed with sex, with no clue how to actually talk about sex. Sexual dissatisfaction is often due to unrecognized internalized systems of oppression. Yet, we blame ourselves, live silently in shame, or are pathologized as "dysfunctional." In this group, you are invited to take a breath; to not just appreciate but celebrate yourself. Come strengthen your understanding of your sexuality through community and exercises designed for your discovery. If you feel nervous or ambivalent talking about sex and your body: this group is for you.

Divine Consciousness Circle
Join me for a virtual monthly healing circle for femme folks on the last Monday of every month. My intention is to create and sustain a safe femme community space that feels accessible and consistent. This circle is a welcoming space for all women and femme identifying folks to come together in solidarity and freely share about experiences related to dating, sex, sexuality, gender, sensuality, pleasure and desire. Each group will be facilitated with guiding questions and exercises through a trauma-informed and Somatic Experiencing® framework to support people to feel more at ease, connected and grounded.
