You may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm, even when you’ve tried to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, and painful beliefs about themselves or the world that developed from earlier relationships or experiences. Therapy can be a space to understand these patterns with compassion, build emotional resilience, and begin creating a more grounded sense of self.

My approach is integrative, trauma-focused, and paced with your needs in mind. I draw from attachment-based, psychodynamic, person-centered, and EMDR therapy to help you explore how past experiences may be affecting your present life, relationships, self-worth, and nervous system.

I’ve lived in New Mexico my whole life and was raised throughout various areas of the state. I’m half Native American and grew up on the Laguna Pueblo and Ohkay Owingeh reservations. Because of my background, I’m familiar with the culture and needs of Native communities, while also working with clients from all backgrounds and communities.
