I am dedicated to offering a compassionate, but transparent, space for individuals to deeply explore their thoughts and emotions before facilitating change. In acknowledging that everyone's formula for peace and happiness may look different, I aim to provide clients with valuable insights and practical tools needed to heal and combat life’s complexities more efficiently. I specialize in helping the teen and young adult populations work through major life transitions and with managing mood disorders including bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety.
I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, existentialism, and motivational interviewing to guide clients in taking steps toward reaching their highest selves. In addition to life transitions and mood disorders, I also specialize in grief and loss, parenting and family issues, stress management, and work/career issues.
I like to remind clients that I, too, am human, and I seek to normalize my client’s experiences while providing them with tools for moving forward. I am here to support you on your journey to personal growth and emotional healing, and I forward to extending an olive branch to guide you toward inner peace!
