I particularly enjoy helping clients explore issues related to gender, attachment, non monogamy, and autistic burnout. I enjoy working with client's who want to learn and practice a variety of new coping skills and to explore different facets of themselves. I work with all ages and particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults.
I offer a variety of modalities including lgbtq and Nuero Divergent affirming care, with additional training in trauma, ADHD, autism, grief, and attachment. I enjoy utilizing evidence based skills and techniques including DBT, CBT, and strength based approaches as well as feminist based approaches.
