Availability increasing in December, 2025! I'm here to listen and collaborate with you on your journey of self discovery by offering a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for all genders 18+. Are you a pregnant or stressed out parent? Have you lost your sense of identity in trying to adjust to life with a new baby? I specialize in working with those in the peripartum period but have experience working with clients across the lifespan. As an Art Therapist, I would love to help you infuse creativity back into your life, in whatever form that takes.
At your intake, we will work together to create achievable treatment goals you feel comfortable with. I engage in traditional talk therapy, but I've also found that exploring tailored creative outlets can be the antidote to automatic negative thoughts, feeling stuck, and rigid in functioning.
I have extensive experience working with those struggling with addictions and conditions like bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
