Born in Austria, a former professional triathlete, and now holding a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, I’ve lived the realities of high-pressure performance and understand its hidden costs. As a trauma-informed clinician, I work with first responders, military members, young adults, athletes, couples, and families. I’ve worked in substance abuse treatment centers, private practice settings, and responded to critical incidents, supporting individuals in their most vulnerable moments.
