I have experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, feeling stuck, chronic pain, sexual issues, sexual trauma, betrayal trauma, sexual pain, LGBTQ+ issues, religious trauma, domestic violence, persistent negative beliefs about yourself, grief and non-monogamy. I use an integrative approach combining CBT, ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and BSFT.

We will collaboratively create a plan that includes your needs, your relationships, your past unresolved issues, and your goals.
