I became a psychotherapist because I was inspired after enlisting the help of psychotherapy and other mind/body practitioners during some of my most challenging life transitions. We will look at your deepest core beliefs that are not serving you, and how they influence your behaviors that hold you back. We'll also enhance the things that do work for you.
I came to psychotherapy as a second career, after 10 years in the performing arts. I'm also a parent of a neurodivergent child, a partner, and a city-dweller who moved here from far away (Arizona) to do big things. Whatever your challenges, I'm here to walk the path with you back to health and balance.
