Something brought you here. Maybe it's the exhaustion of always being “strong”. Maybe it's a realization that the same qualities which make you successful - perfectionism, high-achieving, accommodating - are the same ones wearing you down. Whatever it is, I'm glad you're here. Many of the people I sit with look like they have it all together, but silently feel disconnected, alone, or stuck in a pattern they can't break on their own. I'm particularly drawn to working with people who are entering therapy for the first time, and those feeling grief; whether for a loved one or a part of themselves they're letting go of.
Healing isn't one size fits all, so neither is my work. While my approach is rooted in curiosity about your past attachments - I draw on parts work (IFS) and somatic techniques from EMDR and trauma-informed theories. Ultimately, I bring myself into the room. My sessions are honest, collaborative and challenging, but will always be grounded in compassion.
I came to this work through my own journey. After 13 years in the high-stress world of entertainment, I know what it feels like to push through pain and mask what’s really going on. Therapy cracked something open for me, and it became my purpose to offer that same experience to others.
