My style is integrative which aims to address each person’s unique experience through a wide variety of psychotherapies and tools.
While I am skilled at working with the broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral complexities, some of my specialties include addressing struggles with addiction, anxiety, depression, relational issues, and men’s issues.
