I specialize in helping clients with multicultural backgrounds navigate issues surrounding identity confusion, bicultural guilt, trouble with intergenerational communication and career or familial pressure.

My approach moves beyond a conversation through the use of body-focused (somatic) techniques, experiential and creative interventions. This integrated work strengthens the connection between your body & mind, to develop lasting resilience. Our collaborative therapeutic process will encourage curiosity, awareness, and an improved sense of self worth.
